Return Window:

• Customers may return any product within 7 days of receiving their order.
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Deductions:

• A flat deduction of PKR 500 will apply to cover shipping, handling, and service charges.
• This ensures a fair balance for both customer and seller.

Refund Process:

Important Conditions:

• No returns accepted after 7 days.
• Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
• Customer must bear the cost of returning the product.
